6. Payments

All fees, deposits, and payment terms will be set out in your quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts where permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property in our website, branding, materials, templates, systems, and pre-existing content remains the property of Clover Rise.

Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights specifically agreed in the service agreement for final deliverables only. Any third-party assets, fonts, images, software, or stock content remain subject to their own licence terms.

8. Client Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant Clover Rise the right to use, edit, reproduce, and display it as needed to deliver the services.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you provide.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools such as Meta, Google, website hosting providers, CRM systems, analytics tools, or email marketing platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, policy updates, or issues caused by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clover Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our website or services shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant services giving rise to the claim.
